Many of you who know this sweet boy, Brew, know of his chronic cough.  Over the last few years, he has been to a slew of vets in attempt to discern and treat the problem, which has persisted, and worsened over time, despite our various trial and error with medication, therapy and homeopathy treatments.

Recently (5/24/21), he was admitted to the emergency room for a limp, had x-rays and bloodwork done, which showed him as a healthy ol boy, good liver, lung and heart function.  However, it has been strongly recommended to have an internal procedure done by a specialist to investigate his cough more thoroughly.  This is a costly procedure that I feel has finally come as a necessity for diagnosing his ailments.

And most recently (6/4/21), he was again administered to the emergency room after showing strained difficulty breathing. He again had x-rays and bloodwork, which determined that it was either a type of cancer that had traveled from his foot into his lungs, or pneumonia. After radiology experts and medical directors had a look, it was fortunately deemed the later, and he was treated, spending the night and a day in the clinic, on oxygen support, and give runs of antibiotics.

Since the beginning of May of this year, he has had two emergency room visits, been prescribed medications and had series of exams done that have really taken a financial toll on me.

This has been something that I have been struggling with, and after this last visit, it made it clear that I really need outside help.

The amount I'm searching for is just covering his recent emergency room stays, his medication and treatments. Any and all funds raised will be used to further treat and support this wonderful being, Brew.
