& we can meet our goal!•
The only thing that may be harder than admitting defeat is asking for help.
But here we are.
WE NEED $100,000 to SAVE BREW.
BREW Pub & Kitchen was opened in 2013 by Erik & Lainie Maxson.
The Maxson’s poured their hearts, souls, time and everything tangible they owned into starting the restaurant of their dreams.
The dream was to create a space for people to enjoy craft beers.
Meals from a locally sourced kitchen.
And ideally, for people to find a little spot to call their home away from home.
That dream has been cut short.
Not for a lack of trying.
Not for a lack of passion.
And certainly not for a lack of support from the locals who have kept BREW afloat for 6 years.
I have started this fundraiser, despite the Maxson’s reluctance to ask the community for help.
It’s not pride stopping them from asking, it’s knowing that so many others are in the same position.
We Durangoans are all hurting and still recovering from the drought of last winter and the 416 fire of the summer.
IF this fund raiser gathered $100,000 before 3/31/19 then the doors would stay OPEN.
If we can’t reach that goal, all donations will go to cover the cost of closing.
For those of you who are able to donate, thank you in advance.
If you are unable to donate, please show your support by joining us Saturday, March 30th for an all day celebration.
