My name is Taylor and I have created this Gofundme to my support my little brother Brett. I  hope to help by relieving some financial burden off of my parents and Brett because he is faced with months or so of rehabilitation. 

On July 4th, my little brother Brett was involved in a tragic and unfortunate incident. He was rushed to the emergency room where the CAT scans showed a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. Overnight the bleeding got worse, which led to substantially more swelling and an emergency craniotomy. They had to remove a lot of his skull to  release pressure on his brain and it will stay off for the next few weeks to allow for swelling. The surgery went well but he still has a long road to recovery. They noticed some signs of frontal lobe brain damage, and will be able to tell more about the severity of that when he wakes.  As of now, Brett is not breathing on his own because he is so heavily sedated and he will be in the ICU for atleast 2-3 weeks....

but let us give praise to God and the incredible team taking care of him, because he is still with us at this moment despite it all. 


I am collecting funds like I said to take some financial burden off of my parents as well as Brett for medical bills that are going to continue to add up. 


I understand that not everyone can help financially. We are most of all thankful for you all and have appreciated your thoughts and prayers. We would love it if you would still continue to lift Brett up in your prayers because God is so good and I am believing for a complete healing someday!
