My name is Bill Adkins.  My wife, Vicki, and I are setting up a foundadation in honor of our son, Brett.   Brett was a 17 year old from Plano, Texas, who died Christmas Day, 2017. 
Our friends and relatives, as well as Vicki and I, want to honor his memory and set up a Foundation that works with the City of Plano and surrounding areas, helping at-risk teens.
