Hello, my name is Megan Hudzikiewicz. I am a friend of MaryBeth Sullivan and Liam, Avery and Bella Scimemi.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the untimely passing of Brett Scimemi on Monday, September 25th. We don't yet have any information on what caused this, although will hopefully find out in the coming weeks with further medical tests. Brett had an excellent weekend with his family. Brett was the picture of health and wellness, which is just such a shock. He was a loved coworker and amazing co-parent to his three wonderful children. He was an amazing son and friend. At this time, I am raising funds to help MaryBeth take much needed time away from work and to help with her children's needs while they plan for the funeral and services. Many logistics and everyday tasks will need to happen to support the children and I know MaryBeth will make sure the kids have the necessities and time from her as they adjust to life without Dad here in the physical world. My goal is to ensure MarBeth is able to take time off to help the kids get settled, provide for the kids and ensure they have what they need to attend their father's services without worrying about paying for their basics.
