Change is always bittersweet, and the sale of our St. Pete office is no different. With new ownership of the building comes change for Brett Richmond, as he will no longer be the building's dedicated custodian. While we wish the best for Brett's future endeavors, this will be a sorrowful transition for all Catalina's St. Pete employees who adored Brett.

Many can attest that Brett is a hardworking and genuinely kind person. He always went out of his way to introduce himself and get to know anyone new to the building. He always had a kind smile and a good morning greeting to give. Brett served the building for an incredible 10 years.

Transitions are not always easy, expected, or planned for, so the Blue Ribbon Committee would like to offer everyone the opportunity to express our gratitude and admiration for Brett. All funds will go directly to Brett to be used; however he sees fit.
