Hi, my name is Paige. I am starting this Go Fund Me for my step-brother, Brett Werner, and sister-in-law, Mikayla Preston, along with their three boys, two dogs, and two cats.

early this morning, April 28th, 2024, lightning struck their home, which they were renting in Stowe, VT, causing a fire to start, and leaving this family without anything but the clothes on their back.

Brett, Mikayla, and the boys are currently out of housing, and having to stay in a hotel, and the animals are staying at a boarding facility.

These funds will help Brett and Mikayla replenish their lost goods, and assist them in finding housing.
