On the night of December 3rd, around 11 pm, I received a call that nobody ever wishes to get.

It was my younger sister in distress, seeking help. Brett Mahoney, her partner of 7 years and a close friend to me, who was a USAF Veteran, tragically took his own life due to the struggles of PTSD and depression.

Despite reaching out to the VA for several months, Brett did not receive the crucial help he desperately sought, adding a heart-wrenching dimension to this story.

We are reaching out for assistance and support for Brett and Lindsey to help cover the services and expenses that inevitably arise from such tragic events.
