Help Brett and his mom

Hi, my name is Marguerite, and I am raising money to help our dear friend Brett Sundberg. Many of you know Brett from the Salt Lake City music scene, from his amazing cooking, guitar, and photography skills, and his love for cats and animals. Brett has been my friend for close to 30 years. He is a really good guy and a sweet person. Brett has lived in Asia off and on for the last 10 or so years teaching English. He has been in Taiwan for some time.

For those of you who know Brett, you know that he has struggled with some major health issues, culminating in a dire need for an organ transplant. He is on the transplant list and has done everything he needs to do to make his physical and mental health a priority.

Currently, Brett is unable to work due to his condition, and as soon as they get the word that an organ has become available, Brett's mom Debra will be flying to Taiwan to care for him post-transplant. Brett's dad is also in ill health and the financial burden on his family at this time is incredibly intense.

Any funds raised will be used to support Brett and his mom in whatever capacity is needed. Brett is so young, and the world needs him. His family needs him, his friends, his cats, and the children he teaches. We want him to get better and to be around for a long time. Please donate if you can, and share this post. Even if you can only donate 5 bucks, every dollar helps. I will start with 5 bucks (what I can afford today) but hope to continue contributing what I can until he improves.
