Two of my dearest friends Ruth and Bret are going through a very hard time right now. Bret Reeves was admitted to the hospital on May 25th for a leg infection.

They did two surgeries in an attempt to remove the infection. After the second surgery, the infection moved to his blood. A call was made to LifeFlight him to Harborview June 1st as there was still no idea what the infection was, nor what caused it.

Upon arriving to Harborview, Bret underwent another surgery where the wound in his leg was left packed with antibiotic soaked gauze. Today he will undergo another surgery with no clear idea of how many more.

Ruth and Bret are still very deep in the woods. Let’s all keep them in our prayers and do what we can to support them financially as they navigate this difficult time.
