Brent Jacobson Memorial Fund

Dear family and friends,

On December 19, Brent Jacobson passed away unexpectedly at home. His wife, Tannele and their children, Hayden, Parker and Aubree as well as extended family are left to cope with his loss.

Brent was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was very hard working and the sole provider for his family which allowed Tannele to be at home with the kids.

For those who knew Brent, they know his generosity and kindness were beyond measure. His loss has caused an incredible impact on all who knew and loved him.

In an effort to lessen some of the immediate financial burden, we have created this fundraiser. All money raised will go directly to the family to cover funeral costs and other expenses.
