Brent Hilts

Hi, my name is Bradyn Hilts. I am raising money in order to place my brother at his final resting place. All the funds accumulated will be used to bury my brother next to our mother in Mobile, Alabama. If you are not able to donate, please share with others.

For those of you that knew Brent, he was a fun-loving person. The life of the party. He definitely lived life by his own terms. And to be honest, some of those terms were not ideal. He struggled with addiction for most of his life. But he loved his friends and family more than words can describe.

What some of you may not know is that for the last four years, Brent really turned his life around and helped a lot of people do the same. And aside from the down time we had when my mother died roughly 1 years ago, he had been clean and sober for the last 4 years. But unfortunately, the decisions of his previous life had already taken its toll. Brent had been battling with some health issues for a while, and after checking himself out of the hospital on Sunday, Brent passed away from a stroke Wednesday morning.

His last words to me were how important it was to do what was right by the people around him. And how much he loved his family and friends.
