Hello,

I am Dave Wilkins and I am reaching out to ask for your help to raise funds for a mate of mine.

Most of you know my lifelong friend, Brent Dehn.

Recently Brent was violently attacked in an unprovoked incident outside his home by a group of thugs. Brent was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time , unknowingly catching the group up to no good.

He sustained multiple injuries including a busted eye socket and a broken wrist.

Brent is a professional musician and music is his income. His injuries bought his music to a sudden halt.

Brent has shared the stage with me over the years, starting off with Wrecking Crew. He was also guitarist in iconic Aussie band The Radiators for a decade.

Brent went on to work on his own band “For the Love of Purple” - a Deep Purple tribute. Currently all shows have been postponed until Brent recovers from his injuries.

In his time in recovery, the bills kept rolling in, however the income has stopped.

I’m asking, if you can, to donate whatever you can to help my mate Brent get through this difficult time.

Brent, being Brent , kept the news of the attack quiet and didn’t want any fuss. He was reluctant in us doing a fundraiser, but we know he is loved by so many people who would love to help him out in this time when he needs it the most.

I hope between all his fans, friends and family, we can support him with a bit of financial assistance until he’s back on the stage.
