Brenna needs our help. Last Saturday my best friend had a severe accident that has her currently in the hospital. She had a fall that shattered both of her ankles and broke her tibia on the right leg and broke her heel in several places on the left leg. She is completely immobile and still in the hospital. She needs surgery in a matter of days and will have a very long stay in a rehab facility which will take 2- 3 months before she can stand or do anything on her own. She just finished EMT school and state/country certification so this week was when she was to start interviewing. So that entire process will need to be put on hold for not only her recovery time but also until the county starts hiring again (Possibly January). During this time she will be unable to work while all her bills are still going to be due (rent, utilities, etc.) plus medical bills are already starting to rack up. Her family and I love this girl so much that we will be doing all we can to help ease the financial burden so she can focus on healing, but we can only do so much.
