For those of you who do and who do not know, Brendon took a pretty bad fall Saturday night and broke both major bones in his forearm. He was rushed to Methodist Hospital ER around 11pm and still remains there. He will be home tomorrow after a 3 1/2 day stay.
It was clear to everyone it was broken pretty bad Saturday night. Sunday he under went surgery to align the bones together and pin them in place. It was a very lengthy 5 hour procedure. It took even longer than the surgeon anticipated. The Surgeon was able to align the bone straight and pin it together with minimal swelling. He is confident in a good recovery. Unfortunately for Brendon it will be a long one and so far very painful recovery. 3-4 months as a best case scenario and possibly 6 at worst is was the Dr said.
Brendon is a father to miss Gabriella. He is also a part time firefighter for the city or Bellevue. He also works part time detailing jets on the private side of the airport. For those of you who don’t know, he has recently started a successful side business of detailing cars. Unfortunately due to all of these jobs being very hands on labor intensive, he will not be able to work during these 3-4 months. He may be very limited at the airplane hangar but he will not be able to do his main jobs.
He absolutely loves what he does!! Due to all of his jobs being part time, he does not have any benefits and time off being paid will be very short and limited. Also, he does not have any disability insurance to help cover his every day month to month bills. The things we all dread paying: phone, housing, food, utilities,credit card, child support and his daughters needs etc.
I am starting this page to ask for everyone’s help. I am going to do what I can to support us for the next few months but it will be tough for me alone to keep up with it all without any income from him. We all know Brendon has a hard time swallowing his pride and asking for help. That is why I am asking for him. If you can please donate anything, I know we both along with Gabriella; would so appreciate it!! It doesn’t have to be much. Anything will help! These funds will help pay his regular monthly bills for the next few months while he can not work. We won’t even worry about medical expenses to come. Right now it’s just getting him to survive until he gets back to work.
I can promise you this, for all of those that can help, we will both do everything we can to help you if you are ever in need like this!! I would thank you from the bottom of my heart and I know he will thank you even more. It’s going to be a long few months but I know he can do it. Thank you ❤️❤️
