Hi,
If you don’t know me, my name is Brenda (I go by Brendy, too) and I am starting my Senior year at SDSU this Fall 2024. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to me until as of TODAY 06/21/24— I am ineligible for Financial Aid this coming school year. I do not have the almost $5000 that is due on June 26th, 2024. I can set up a payment plan, but that’s due in 2 weeks to 1 month after my tuition due date.
I am an older student at the age of 40. I returned to school in Spring 2021 and attended a local community college. I graduated from Mesa College with an Associates in Science for Mathematics with High Honors. I finished with a 3.97 GPA. When I finish my Bachelors degree in Math, I plan on being a Math teacher. It’s been a long, bumpy road for me to get to this point in my schooling and life. But, I am determined to finish and continue to kick butt. I made Dean’s List for both semesters my first year at SDSU. The end is so near, but I won’t reach it if I don’t pay what’s due.
If I don’t pay I get dropped from my classes, and lose my place in them, as many are already waitlisted. I absolutely don’t know what to do!
I can’t afford to pay this amount in less than a week on my own. I know the payment plan will come in handy, but not if I don’t have it. Haha.
If you can’t donate, I totally understand. Stuff is difficult for me, too.
Sharing this might help, tho.
Thanks for reading.
Best,
Brenda
