On Wednesday evening, September 24th, 2025, Brendon Heath tried to take his own life after battling several years of mental health struggles and depression. After he was taken by ambulance to the hospital, he underwent multiple emergency surgeries in the first 12 hours and was placed on life support. It became clear very quickly that he would not recover from his injuries. He had swelling and skull fragments in his brain (the fragments could not be removed), and even if he didn't succumb to his injuries right away, he would never live a normal life and have any functionality. After 5 days on life support, his parents made the devastating decision to withdraw his breathing tube and put him on comfort care. On Tuesday, September 30th, at 12:29 pm, Brendon passed away with his family by his side.
Brendon was a father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He leaves behind a 1-year-old son, Xzander; his mom and stepdad, Jenn and Matt; sisters, Jess & Alyssa; brother Levi; his dad, Justin; and many other extended family members and friends. Understandably, the family is left reeling and trying to process this devastating loss and find a way to move forward while still trying to pay healthcare bills, cremation costs, memorial services, and be a support to his young son.
I am a family friend organizing this on behalf of Jenn, Brendon's mom. Any donations received will go straight to Brendon's parents to help cover the costs of cremation, any medical bills that were incurred that are out of pocket to Jenn (he had health insurance), a memorial, and to help put some money aside for his son, Xzander.
Please keep his family lifted during this incredibly painful time. All donations, no matter how big or small, are appreciated and the family is so grateful for support in all ways. The meals, thoughts, prayers, and hugs are also appreciated; they are so humbled by the outpouring of love and support.
I will update this page once a celebration of life/memorial date is set. Thank you all,
