Brenda Long Strong

Hi there, my name is Lauren!  I created this page for my mother in law, Brenda Long.  If you know her, you know that she is always there to lend a helping hand.  She is an EMT for Short Gap Firehall and is always the first to respond when the call arises.  As a single mother she raised 5 children and is a fantastic nan, mother in law and friend.  She was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer and has a long road ahead.  She will be starting chemo within the next few weeks and will be traveling for treatment.  At this time she dosen't  have dependable transportation which has been an added stress.  Due to her health condition she is unable to do what she loves, helping others.  My prayer is that our community could be there for her through this tough time.
