Brenda Lemire's Memorial Fund

Hi, I am Justin, and I'm writing this today because I lost my beautiful mother, Brenda Lemire, on Tuesday 2/21.

I have always been raised to handle things, life, finances on your own; but i have to ask for help. If you can spare a dollar you have no idea how much it would help, and mean to my family. I am the oldest and i have to figure this all out for my family and to be honest I'm lost. If you can not help prayers and thoughts are needed too. I appreciate you taking the time to read all of this, and any help you can offer.

I would like to give anyone willing to read a background of my mother and what happened out of the blue. For anyone who got to spend even ten minutes with her could pick up on how big her personality was. She had a loud intoxicating laugh and loved to share it. If you couldn't laugh around my mom you would be a rare find.
My mom was a nurse, had a total of four kids, and a small zoo of animals. It was like she never stopped having love to give to someone or some living creature. She leaves behind a son (me), three daughters Brittany, Kaitlyn, and Kassidy. She also leaves five grandsons, and one granddaughter.
Last week my mother suffered a stroke after a procedure in the hospital on 2/13. Her condition got better extremely fast, her movement came back almost immediately, her speech a day later, and she passed all evaluations and came home to stay with me on Friday 2/17. We had a great weekend together, I made her take it easy, but she was feeling good and was driven to try to be as normal as possible.Sunday she helped me clean my place and was working her right hand out; the hand she still had weakness in. During this her dog JoJo, who was pregnant, went into labor. My mom got to help deliver her dogs puppies. In the evening we ordered chinese food, and my sister Kassidy came over and ate with us. Mom laid down for bed, spoke on the phone with my sister Kaitlyn around midnight, and then went to sleep.I woke up at 7:40 am to let my sister Kassidy in so we could give my mom her meds, and get her ready for her first day of at home therapy. Unfortunately I found my mom laying on my living room floor unresponsive. She was awake, and moving, but couldn't talk or respond to me. We thought she had another stroke, she was moving and had been doing so well this week. We soon found out she had a massive brain bleed.
Where the brain bleed occurred doctors believe it was unrelated to the stroke, and don't know why it started. Because she was on blood thinners to prevent another stroke her bleed was extremely bad, and later that night she re-bled. The brain bleed was so extensive it caused her to pass. She was 49 years old.

I wasn't prepared to lose my mom at 49 years old. My family and I we're not prepared mentally or financially. Every donation will mean the world to us, but most of all to my mother. Thank you for reading, your thoughts and prayers, and for helping my family.
