Briella is 8 yrs old, diagnosed with leukemia.

My name is Cindy. I’m the Grandmother of Briella. She is 8 years old and has just been diagnosed with ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA . When we heard the news our whole family was in shock. Our hearts were broken. Our spunky little girl has the "C" word!

Her leukemia is treatable but will be a long road for her, her sister and parents. Dr's said about 2 1/2 yrs of working with her oncology team. My daughter and granddaughter just spent 9 days in the hospital figuring out the plan going forward. She will be going through chemotherapy on an out patient basis. Which means driving to Children's Hospital twice a week for at least the next 6 to 7 months for Briella's chemo treatments. My daughter and son in law were told today that one of her medications is $2000! They have insurance but insurance does not pay for everything. Thankfully Children's was able to work with them so Briella still left with all her meds.

Any donations no matter how small would be much appreciated. I hate to see them have to worry about how to pay there Hospital and Doctor bills. Or even worry about how they will pay for gas. I want them to concentrate on taking care of our little girl. Thank you in advance!
