Jesse is only 30 years old and in the final stages of a lung disease. With 4 children and a baby on the way his wife, Kelly, and him are struggling to raise funds for a lung transplant.

In the last year his lung disease has progressed quickly  with long hospital stays away from his children.  His spirits are low and he's losing hope that he will even get the chance to have the transplant. His biggest fear is not being able see his children grow and be there when his baby is born.  
Jesse has Non-Specific Interstitial Pneumonitis (NSiP) and transplant is critical! Without it he would live a year longer, two at best. One of the requirements before being put on the transplant list is being financially ready to relocate to San Francisco for 2 months after the transplant for testing and close monitoring. We are asking for any donations to give this amazing young man a hopeful breath!The hospital recommends having a minimum of $8,000 for housing, food, and other necessities. This is for the absolute minimum housing.
