Breath of LIFE for Ray

Ray has Chronic COPD, one of his lungs is really bad & may need a transplant which causes bouts of Acute Respiratory Failure, Seizures and he needs continued use of a medically necessary breathing aide.
How this happened:
Due to a calculation error in the already lengthy process of Rays SSI/SSDI we have fallen behind on our electric & rent, both of which are imparative to Ray's  continued wellbeing & survival. 
In addition to the wait for SSI correction we have learned that our advocacy group (MedData-formerly Cardon Outreach) after not returning my calls for nearly 2 months, finally called me ONLY AFTER I left a strongly worded comment on their website.  They informed me that our case manager was no longer with them & that someone dropped the ball by neglecting to file Rays SSDI appeal.  Adding to this devistating setback is the fact that Social Security was not going to pay them until they had completed the appeal, yet we get a letter noting they have been paid, leaving us further in debt.  MedDatas person told me that she would try to get us re-imbursed for their payment & that I would need to refile Rays SSDI claim myself.
We are in a 3 day pay or quit status & our electric will be disconnected in days.  if either of these happen Ray WILL NOT survive.
I am not only Rays wife, I am also Rays Personal Care Provider & have been diligently working on improving his continued health & wellbeing.  I am now due to start employment assisting a neighbor with her special needs child next month, and that will keep me near Ray for his care while providing us with a supplemental income that will then make us able to remain on top of our finacial obligations.

We are not looking for a handout, but are looking for a helping hand.  We have run out of time
