I am diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), a progressive lung disease that has deeply impacted my life. The cost of pre-transplant evaluations, surgery, post-transplant care, and lifelong immunosuppressant medications is staggering, far beyond what my family and I can manage on our own.
