Breast reduction surgery -Help me make my dream come true

Hi everyone, after been refused by my health insurance for my breast reduction surgery, today I’m reaching out to you to ask for your help to take a step forward my dream and finally live pain free.

Since I was 11 years old, I have carried a weight that is not just physical but emotional as well. My breasts started growing very early and fast, and living with this weight since a very young age it hasn’t just been painful—it has been exhausting. Every single day, I have to deal with discomfort, back pain, and tension in my shoulders. Simple things that many people take for granted—like exercising, finding clothes or a bra that fit, or even just sitting comfortably—have always been a struggle for me. And all I want is to move freely, feel good in my body, and live without limitations.

When I was 15, I discovered breast reduction surgery, and for the first time, I felt hope. I dreamed of the day I could look in the mirror and feel relief. But that dream was never within my reach because my family was never able to afford the surgery costs.

Now, at 36 years old, this is no longer just a dream—it’s a necessity. This is not about aesthetics. It’s about my health. My back can’t take it anymore. Living with this daily pain has affected not just physically, but also my mental health. I feel trapped in a body that limits me, that hurts me, that keeps me from living fully.

After searching for options, I found out that having this surgery in Germany would cost more than €10,000 (plus taxes), an amount I simply cannot afford. But in Brazil, I can have the procedure done for half the price. With €5,000, I can cover the surgery, pre and post-operative care, and travel expenses to change my life and make my dream come true.
