41-year-old Cynthia is a mother of two kids living in Ghana with a huge cancer tumour in her armpit. She urgently needs an estimated US$10,000 to cater for her pre-surgical procedures, the surgery itself and her post-surgical treatment. Cynthia has no hope left . She is praying that you reading this become touched by her story and donate to give her hope.
About a year ago, her life took a sad twist when she felt a simple hard boil in her armpit. Initially, she didn’t pay much heed to it because she believed it was nothing more than a boil. But then as the boil grew in size and begun to cause her pain, she visited the hospital for medical care.
The diagnosis of possible cancer scared Cynthia who had very little education about the disease. She immediately assumed that cancer would mean losing her breasts, so she resorted to finding herbal remedies for her condition. Her search led her to different self-styled experts who prescribed all sorts of drugs/remedies which did absolutely nothing to heal the boil.
Beyond the ignorance, Cynthia also says she could not have afforded corrective surgery due to financial constraints. After herbal remedies failed, she visited a prayer camp for two months where she was fed with unprescribed concoctions and kept indoors for prayer sessions. At the time she was leaving the camp, her condition had become much, much worse.
One year down the line, what started as a little boil in Cynthia’s armpit has deteriorated into a large tumour which causes her excruciating pain in the breasts and around the sore. Cynthia currently needs emergency surgery to save her life.
Let’s come together to help save Cynthia’s life through your kind donations and spare her two kids the pain of becoming orphans at their tender age.
