Breanne Regine's Story:

Breanne Regine Greaves, a 29-year-old community activist, found herself in a desperate situation when she called for an ambulance to her Atlanta apartment. Upon arrival to the hospital, she was shockingly left in a hallway, away from the emergency room. Despite her deteriorating condition, Breanne's family was repeatedly told that she was in triage and they had to wait. The concern and fear in their hearts grew with each passing minute.

After relentless persistence, her family demanded to see her in triage, only to discover that she was nowhere to be found. Their worst fears were realized when they finally located Breanne slumped over chairs in a hallway. It was discovered that she had suffered a brain aneurysm that had ruptured, requiring immediate intervention by a neurosurgeon to stop the bleeding in her brain.

Breanne is currently in the Neuro ICU Department, where she will require extensive medical care and rehabilitation for an extended period. She had a second surgery today (9/29/23). She will have to endure an additional surgery to remove the aneurysm before leaving the hospital. The journey to recovery will undoubtedly be a challenging one, both physically and emotionally. Breanne's strength and resilience are truly inspiring, but she cannot face this uphill battle alone.
