Hi, my name is Breanna, and I never thought I’d be making one of these. On August 14th, my life changed forever when I was in a major car accident where I was the sole survivor and it nearly took everything from me. I spent time in the ICU with multiple life-threatening injuries, including a broken back in five places, a broken neck, eight broken ribs, a broken arm (with a plate put in), internal bleeding, a lacerated liver and pancreas, and a ruptured spleen that had to be removed. I also had a trach put in to help me breathe while doctors drained over 64 ounces of fluid from my lungs.

I’m so grateful to still be here, but recovery has been long, painful, and overwhelming. I’m unable to work right now and facing medical bills, therapy costs, and the everyday expenses of just trying to live and rebuild. This GoFundMe is my way of reaching out for help as I try to heal, get back on my feet, and one day return to being the mom my daughter deserves.
