Introducing the AC DC 2018 Breakthrough Fund!
The Breakthrough Fund has been created for the AC DC 2018 Team! It has been created for the possibility for breakthroughs. The immediate purpose of the Breakthrough Fund is to support team members who are in financial breakdown during the program month; however, the underlying purpose is so much bigger!
The Breakthrough Fund is a gift of possibility in service of love and creation--for our team.
Support of this fund, both through enrollment and empowerment (financial or other support provided) demonstrates our commitment to our Team Family: We commit that our power is stronger when we operate as a whole, and that we are each others' breakthroughs.
Spirit of the Commitment of the Breakthrough Fund:
- The Breakthrough Fund will provide the amount of assistance needed on a monthly basis, as funding is available. (Rules to be limited as much as possible, but the spirit is to keep management and distribution as simple, straightforward, fair, and common sense-based as possible).
- Team Members in need of assistance, will bring their need to the weekly team call as early as possible (suggest no later than the week before the first of the month).
- Breakthrough Funds are 100% a gift to the recipient(s) and are not to be repaid as a loan.
- Donations are completely voluntary and will be anonymous.
- Any funds leftover at the end of the program year will be used for an end of the year celebration (January 2019).
