Breaking the Stigma Around Men’s Mental Health

At Alpha Install Solutions, we know the importance of looking out for one another—on site and off. That’s why our office and site teams are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, not just for the physical test, but to raise awareness for men’s mental health.

Mental health struggles are sadly all too common in the construction industry, and the stigma around speaking up can be deadly. I’ve experienced these battles myself—and tragically, I’ve lost three close friends to mental health issues. This challenge is deeply personal to me, and it’s our way of saying: you’re not alone.

We want to encourage more open conversations, provide support, and remind everyone that seeking help is a sign of strength—not weakness.
