My name is Janice, and I am the founder of Letsnspire, a nonprofit created to uplift and empower teen mothers and their children through housing support, childcare assistance, education resources, mentorship, and emotional care.

This mission is deeply personal to me—I became a teen mother at just 12 years old. I know firsthand what it feels like to face life without guidance, stability, or support. I also know what it means when someone believes in you and gives you a chance to grow.
