2016 Break-A-Thon for Ch. Hospital

My name is Spencer Smith. I am 5 years old and I am a Blue Belt Tae Kwon Do student. My dojang (school) is raising funds for Cincinnati Children's Hospital again this year as part of our annual "Break-A-Thon". Over the past 5 years, we have raised over $55,000 for Cincinnati Children's Hospital and we hope to meet our goal of $15,000 this year!
I, personally, am trying to raise $1,500 as a demonstration of leadership to my instructors but more importantly out of compassion for the children and families that my donation will help. Through my campaign, all of your funds go directly to Children's Hospital.
Your help will mean so much to me and my family so please consider donating! Our event is September 17th with donations turn-in by September 9th.
