Breanna June Nolan passed away peacefully in her home March 11,2024 at 1:20 pm, surrounded by her father and step mom. She was born December 30, 2000. She was loved and cared for by her father Brian Nolan her whole life. He provided for all her financial needs since birth and complete care and financial care for nine years as a single father. Brea was born with Rett Syndrome and Cerebral palsy. She was a sassy smart girl, who had the most beautiful eyes. She was a warrior and a fighter until her last breath. Never had the ability to walk or talk but communicated with her eyes and her feisty spirit. It has been a great blessing to love and care for someone so precious and pure. Her love will carry on in our hearts as we slowly learn to function again in a life without our baby to care for. We ask for support and patience as we endure these trying times.

We are grateful for the loving amazing support we received from Traditions Health Hospice services. It was a long journey but they were here to hold our hands through it all, as we shared the stories and life of our little angel Brea. Stephanie and Amber were amazing with 24/7 help and support as we walked through this hard path. Insuring Brea was comfortable and cared for properly every step of the way.

Thank you Brea for blessing us with the gift of loving you. Your Dad and Step mom love you and we are so proud of your strength and courage until the end. Run, play, dance, and sing now for Jesus.

We are asking for help for her cremation and help with bills during our time off of work as we take time grieve from such a tremendous loss.
