Bamboozled and Taken for a Ride

Greetings! My name is Nikki, and I've got a story for you. My dear friend Mariana has found herself in a bit of a pickle. She got swindled, bamboozled, and completely taken for a ride by Car Valley Group in Jersey City, NJ. I am, trying to rally up some support to help her get back on her feet and raise money for a new car.
Mariana is a force to be reckoned with - a single parent, a business owner, and a real go-getter. But lately, her life has taken a turn for the worse due to a terrible case of fraud.
Mariana was working as a Territory Manager for American Express, driving to meet clients daily. Unfortunately, she had to resign because she can't do the job without a car. The loss of transportation is having a direct impact on every aspect of her life. Her daughter Sofia, for instance, can no longer enjoy her extracurricular activities like cheer and theater because her mom can't drive her anymore.
Mariana is the founder of Little Maven Lemonade. She built it up from scratch with Sofia, and it was really starting to take off, especially with their newest and biggest client, Stop and Shop Grocery. However, her lack of transportation is hitting her business hard.
Let me give you some backstory. In June, Mariana found her dream car at Car Valley Group in Jersey City, NJ. She financed it through Westlake Financial and was over the moon. Until she wasn't. Turns out, the car didn't have a proper title and should never have been sold or financed. Can you imagine the frustration?
Mariana tried to make the best of a bad situation. Car Valley Group assured her that everything would be sorted out, and they even gave her replacement temporary plates. But after a painful 9 months, they reluctantly took the car back, promising to return her down payment. They left her high and dry. And to make matters worse, Westlake Financial won't cancel the loan until they get their money back from Car Valley. Talk about a mess!
This whole ordeal has left Mariana in a bind. She can't get another car loan because she stopped making payments on a car she doesn't even have. Her credit score is taking a hit, and she can't work or promote her business. It's a real catch-22.
Mariana is not one to sit back and let life knock her down. She's taken matters into her own hands, reaching out to lawyers, the NJ DMV Compliance, and the Consumer Affairs Bureau. She's even filing a criminal report and suing Car Valley in court. She's not messing around! She is doing all the things. She's also reached out to the news and even contacted the FBI. Mariana is leaving no stone unturned to set things right.
However, all this legal action is not only emotionally draining but also financially burdensome. And let's not forget, she needs to be in NJ to do some of this. But without a car, it's a struggle.
That's where we come in, folks. Mariana needs our help to raise money so she can buy a car and get her life back on track. Remember, she and Sofia are the only ones in their household, and it's absolutely crucial for Mariana to return to work. She's the breadwinner, after all.
I've known Mariana for years, and let me tell you, she's a hustler and deserves a helping hand. I have no doubt that she'll pay this kindness forward when she's back on her feet. So, if you can spare something, please consider donating and spreading the word. Thanks for reading, and thank you in advance for your support.
