I am never the type of person to ask for help and always feel like I can do it all on my own. But with everything that has happened recently funds are becoming tight especially with all of the medical expenses that have incurred, hospital stays, travel cost and not being able to work over the summer due to Brayden’s ongoing health condition. He now has the best team possible for his condition but with that being said we have to travel to NYC on a constant for his ongoing procedures, test and treatments. I have now burned through most of my savings to pay for it all. We have an upcoming trip back to the city for his procedure on the 27th and from the sounds of it every 6-8 weeks after to continue his treatments, to track his progress and come up with a better long term treatment plan for him. This said it’s more missed time from work, more meals, hotels, miles on the road for us, time away from home and our family. He has along road ahead of him yet and we always try to find the best in every situation to make it a positive experience for him because who likes doctors or hospital especially when your going to be poked and prodded.
