Saturday 3/7 Brayden woke up at 5am like normal. Ate breakfast, played with is brother and his toys like any other Saturday. Less then 48 hours later he had been given multiple incorrect diagnosis, transported by helicopter, 2 life saving surgeries, and lost all of his small intestine and half of his large intestine.

His correct diagnosis is a Volvulus. Which is caused from a number of events leading to the twist of the small bowel onto his large bowel. There is noting We could have done to prevent it.

Many of you have asked how you could help. Unfortunately financial support is going to be the largest burden for my family going forward. We are blessed to have a strong family who will assist with the day to day challenge of feeding, cleaning, and still trying to give Brayden as normal a childhood as we can.
