Braxtons fight with Lemierre's Syndrome
Donation protected

Our brother Braxton has been diagnosed with a very rare disease called Lemierre's syndrome, which put him in the hospital last Wednesday. He was then moved to the ICU for a few days due to sepsis, a blood clot in his jugular vein, and pneumonia in both lungs. Braxton is a fighter and has made good strides in the last few days, but he still has a very long road to recovery.
This disease affects only 1 in 1 million people, and unfortunately, Braxton has been diagnosed with this very deadly syndrome. Once Braxton is released from the hospital, he will have to be on IV antibiotics for several weeks, followed by oral antibiotics for several weeks, along with multiple follow-up doctor's appointments. Braxton will not be able to return to work for several weeks, and possibly even months, because of how sick he is.
We have seen so many miracles in the past week and have felt the love and prayers of family and friends. A lot of people have asked our family how they can help and show support to Brax. We created his GoFundMe page as Braxton will need the financial support to help with medical bills. When this is all said and done, he will have a large amount of medical bills coming his way, and we desperately want to make his load lighter so he can just focus on getting better and receiving the care he desperately needs!
