Help Support Our Brava Choir’s Tour to Spain
This June, the Brava Choir (Grades 7–12) from the Calgary Girls Choir has an incredible opportunity to travel to Spain—an experience that will inspire musical growth, cultural connection, and lifelong memories.
Since its founding 30 years ago by Artistic Director Elaine Quilichini, the Calgary Girls Choir has been dedicated to "Giving Young Women a Voice," providing exceptional choral training, performance opportunities, and fostering a passion for music among hundreds of girls. Our award-winning choir, continues to inspire and empower young women through music, enhancing their artistry, confidence, and sense of community. Their skills reach far beyond musical expertise - their expression of self-confidence, sense of self-worth and scholastic achievement are demonstrable outgrowths of their choir experience.
We are so proud of these dedicated young singers who have worked hard to earn this opportunity. However, we recognize that for some families, the financial commitment of this trip has been challenging. Our goal is to ensure that every chorister who has earned their place can participate, regardless of financial circumstances.
We are raising funds to:
• Support families who need financial assistance for travel costs
• Ensure all singers feel included and fully prepared for this once-in-a-lifetime experience
Every contribution—big or small—will make a meaningful difference in the lives of these talented girls.
