Brant Sanders Medical Fund

Deland Little League Family, 

My name is Matt Panetta and I am the President of Deland Little League.  I am coming to you all asking for help and support for one of our families.  

Scott Sanders is a coach in our minors division and is also a board member for the league.  Recently his son Brant Sanders, who is 9 years old and plays in our minors division, has been in and out of the hospital with an eating disorder.  Last week, Brant needed an NG feeding tube to keep nutrients in his body since he isn't eating or drinking anything.  Since the hospital is classifying this under mental health, their insurance isn't covering anything at all for them. 

Brant is now being admitted into an eating disorder clinic in North Carolina to get the help he needs.

For those who don't know, Scott's wife Marie is also fighting cancer for the 2nd time and recently had another surgery.  Medical bills are piling up on this amazing family from both of these illnesses and I want to rally the Deland Little League family to help out anyway we can.
