Brandy’s Accident Recovery

On August 1, our dear friend Brandy was the passenger rider in a terrible motorcycle accident. She was thrown headfirst from the bike and sustained multiple injuries, including a broken back, lacerated kidney, and a badly sprained wrist and ankle. She will be off work indefinitely while she regains her strength, and this comes with a financial burden, which is why I created this fundraiser on her behalf.

 

Brandy is lucky to be alive. We all came extremely close to losing this amazing woman and I am grateful that we didn’t. As a single mother and business owner, she has always shouldered more responsibility than most of us could bear. If you know Brandy, you know what a strong willed and determined person she is, and this persistence will serve her well on the long road to recovery.

 

Brandy’s stubbornness is also why a “go fund me” is needed. She is not one to ask for help and is usually wildly determined to do things on her own. However, while she’s recovering her bills are piling up and without an income to cover them, she would likely drown in debt before asking for help. So, I hope we can all pull together to prevent this from happening.
