My name is Kim & I am creating this go fund me for Brandy Duffy my sister-n-law. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer on November 12. Brandy & Chris have 5 children. The youngest 2 are still in elementary school. This is a devastating diagnosis. She is undergoing treatments at UC Cincinnati to slow the progression. She is also participating in a experimental trial medicine at UC Cincinnati as well due to the severity and spread of her cancer. This diagnosis requires frequent hospital trips & treatments. Brandy is currently in the hospital due to pneumonia & continued spread of the cancer. Due to this Chris (Brandy's husband, my brother ) is having to miss work. If you know Chris you know he is a hard worker. Also Brandy has had to leave her job due to the seriousness of the diagnosis. We are starting this go fund me to help support there family at this time due to them needing to take & be off work. The money raised at this time will be used to support their family keeping household bills payed and to support this family. We are hoping to take some of the stress off. They have so much to deal with. We anticipate that Chris will have to continue to take days off work to take Brandy for Cancer treatments. Plus family is traveling in to help take care of the children.
