Brandon came into my life a couple of months ago and was looking to purchase a home. The minute I met him I knew that he has such a good heart and reminded me from day 1 why I am a realtor. His dedication to work hard and save to purchase his new condo was going to become a reality I was sure of it because having a client like him made me want to work harder than ever to be able to witness his bright smile on closing day.
Brandon has not had the easiest life but he does not look at himself as a victim but someone that fights through it and continues to be positive in everything he does.
We went through the process from start to finish and in the end we closed on his amazing new condo on Jan 31, 2020! Such a great day! Brandon told me he was going to wait to tell his family until the day before just to be sure it was really happening. We were at the closing table and his smile was beaming as he told us all how his family was so excited for him and his parents were on their way from Florida to Atlanta to see his amazing new condo. They had to stop on the way as he had just lost his grandmother and they were going to drop off the grave stone and then head to Atlanta.
Life was so exciting and Brandon was even more excited as his birthday is Feb 3 so he felt like he got himself a really awesome birthday present!
I received the worst call on Feb 3 from Brandon that his parents were on their way apparently it was raining as they hydroplaned and his father passed away in the crash and his mother is in ICU in a coma in the hospital in Macon GA
My heart is so heavy for this amazing person and I am asking donations to help him he now has a new mortgage and HOA fees he has to worry about. I am not sure about his family situation either to help with funeral expenses but if you could donate anything big or small it will certainly help in just a tiny bit to help ease what was supposed to be the happiest time to now such a horrific time. Love your families, be kind like Brandon is. Smile to strangers, give out more hugs Life is way too short.
His mothers name is Etherine please keep this family in your daily prayers and I will keep an update as I hear more.
