Brandon's Illustrated Story - Overgrowth

Donation protected
Hi friends!

As many of you know, I have been dealing with various health issues for the past few months. It's been a tough time for me, but it's also been extremely hard for Brandon, who has been by my side through every difficult moment without complaint. I've been thinking about ways to express my immense gratitude and appreciation for his endless support and love, and here we are!

For the past few years, Brandon has wanted to work full-time as an artist, completing a graphic novel by the name of Overgrowth. Unfortunately, as is the nature of LA, he's had to juggle many time-consuming jobs in order to pay rent, while often taking nights off (his only free time to draw) to help care for me and my health, resulting in his own creative goals being put on hold.

I fully believe in him and his art, and I know that you do too! It would mean the world to him if he could set aside time to focus on himself and his passion for storytelling. He's spent so much time helping me, and he deserves the freedom to work on something that gives him joy, peace of mind, and fulfills his sense of purpose. Something that he's insanely talented at and that he genuinely loves to do and that we all benefit from, eheh. Overgrowth is a story that's near and dear to his heart, and I'd love to allow him the opportunity to complete it without stress!

Overgrowth Logline:
After narrowly escaping the port city of Great Haven with an even greater bounty on their heads, Sylvan; a young thief, Rosie; a skilled, aspiring monster hunter, and Owen; a half-squatch scholar with improbable magical powers, must race through the treacherous realm of Brackendor, fighting off all manner of creatures and seeking any manner of answers in hopes of reversing a powerful curse that is slowly turning Sylvan into a grotesque monster known as a wendigo.

If you believe in Brandon as much as I do and want to offer him a little extra love and support during this time so that he can focus entirely on himself and his goals after this year of looking out for me, please feel free to help by donating any amount. Graphic novels take hours and hours and hours to complete, so anything big or small is appreciated!

Just look at how amazing the cover art is! I know he will create something magical and wonderful, and I can't wait for you all to see it!

With love,

Rosie
