Hi. I don't usually do this; my grandson Brandon (age 23) has a rare spinal cord disease called Arachnoiditis. This disease is caused by trauma to the spinal cord, this damage was caused by multiple spinal taps when Brandon had cancer 20 years ago. As of late, his legs have gotten much worse due to the damage in his lumbar and he is no longer able to drive his current vehicle. Family members and I are putting together this fundraiser to help Brandon get a handicap accessible vehicle to give him more Independence and to allow him to do his photography when he can. Brandon is in constant pain and has caused him to become weaker, although he will not be able to use his legs to drive, a handicap van will have hand controls to allow him to continue his independence.
