Brandon’s Fight for Life: Support His Cancer Treatment

Update from Brandon, 1.5.2026:

It has been a difficult journey, and to be honest, I am reaching the end of my rope. For a long time, I’ve viewed myself as 'Superman'—the provider, the husband, and the dad my little girls deserve. But right now, I am facing a crossroads that no one should have to face. The standard medical route offered to me is a high-risk surgery that would leave me with a 42-month life expectancy and a very poor quality of life. The thought of being a burden to my family, dependent on tubes and wheelchairs, is not the future I want for them or for myself. I want to actually be there—to play with my daughters, to support my wife, and to live a life of substance. There are better, more advanced alternatives available, but because they aren't considered 'standard procedure,' insurance and the VA won't cover the costs. I am still a long way from my goal. We need to raise $108,000 to make this treatment a reality. If you are able to donate, please know that every single dollar is a seed of hope for my family. If you can’t donate, please share this. Your share might reach the one person who can help me change my story. I’m fighting to be a dad, not just a patient. Thank you for standing with me.

Original Story:
Brandon is a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Laura, and a loving father to two precious little girls, just 3 and 4 years old. He’s also a man of deep faith, integrity, and quiet strength. He’s the kind of friend and neighbor everyone hopes to have.

Brandon was first diagnosed in November of 2023 with Stage 3 Colorectal Cancer. After a gnarly surgery followed by six months of chemotherapy, he was disease-free. Then a blood test detected localized recurrence, and he endured 25 rounds of radiation therapy and oral chemo only to reach the most devastating part - Peritoneal Metastases. Through it all, he’s carried the weight of sickness and his family’s needs as the sole provider for his family. This is a difficult diagnosis that comes with a 16 month survival rate without specialized treatment. But there is hope. Envita Medical Center in Arizona offers advanced, personalized cancer care that could give Brandon the best chance at a longer, fuller life.

Unfortunately, the cost of this treatment is not covered by insurance or VA benefits. Brandon has selflessly served our country through multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan with the U.S. Army. Now, it’s our turn to serve him, to rally around Brandon and his family in their time of greatest need.

Our goal is to raise $140,000 to help cover the cost of his treatment and related expenses. We know it’s a big number, but every single dollar brings Brandon one step closer to the care he needs and to the future he dreams of: watching his daughters grow up and being the daddy they need, sharing more moments with Laura, and continuing to be the rock his family and friends have always known him to be. This battle has been unimaginably hard, but Brandon continues to face it with courage, faith, and the determination of a father who refuses to give up.

If you can, please donate. No amount is too small. And just as importantly, please share Brandon’s story. Together, we can give him the gift of more tomorrows with the people he loves most.

❤️ Thank you for your generosity, your prayers, and your support.
