Brandons road to recovery
Donation protected

Brandon, a long time friend, was returning home from getting breakfast for his daughter and wife when he was T-boned by a another car who was fleeing the scene of another accident at 60 MPH.
He sustained major injuries including 4 broken ribs, a collapsed lung, shattered pelvis, broken ankle and foot and a hole ripped in his bladder. His truck was so heavily damaged, rescue personnel used the jaws of life to get him out. He spent 3 days in ICU where doctors inserted four 6” screws along with a metal plate in his pelvis to keep it together. After his hospital stay, he will require 6+ weeks of physical therapy to learn to walk again and regain his strength.
If you know Brandon, then you know his kindness and heart. We call him Bear because he is all big and gruff on the outside but kind and soft on the inside. He loves to play with his daughter - they often do cheerleading together - he’s not very good at it but he tries and right now his biggest cheerleader can’t be there with him because of Covid-19.
He is a self-employed contractor for the past 15 years who does not qualify for disability. Brandon and his family will need to retro-fit their bedroom and bathroom to accommodate for his recovery, he will need a new truck when he is able to return to work, and there will be a mountain of medical bills.
We want to help Brandon and his family to be able to focus on his recovery so he can get back to what he does best - being a great dad, husband, and provider
