My nephew Brandon Menard (Curt & Arlene’s son) is struggling with health issues. He is a musician and is unable to perform at the moment due to his health issues. He is having to cancel his concerts. This is putting stress on his body and his mental health. If he doesn't do his gigs, he has no income so it is a vicious cycle. I am making this GoFundMe for him so that he can get the rest his body needs to heal. Please give if you can and most of all, please support him emotionally and send him your thoughts and prayers. I've had several people reach out to check on me since I've had to cancel multiple performances over the last few weeks. And more cancellations are coming. So as much as I prefer to keep my personal life private, I feel as though I should offer some detail for those of you worrying about my well-being.

I was hospitalized for the last week of August with a severe abdominal infection. I've been home for the last two weeks, but over the last week, I have regressed. I am on a new type of antibiotic, which I am praying will be able to finally clear things up... but it's only day two.

Unfortunately, I do not foresee being well enough to perform with One Last Breath just five days from now, so we will be canceling our debut performance at Sam's Place in Crowley.

I have been able to perform just once over the last five weeks, which has been extremely tough for me on many levels. Mentally, I'm frustrated and feel helpless at the same time. Physically, I've been through more pain than I've ever experienced. And financially... I'm glad I have good credit because one payday in a month+ didn't go far.

I truly hope that these next few days bring improvement and relief. Not only do I miss being able to sing, but also to move freely and just sleep without pain.
