Brandon in paris! selected to run for England

Brandon has been selected to run in paris for para athletics grand prix. Brandons place is funded by england athletics and he gets everything he needs while he is out there. Due to Brandons disability its his first time being away abroad in a differrent setting not with family. Being brandons carer and mum he wants me out there for moral support and to feel more comfortable in this new exciting opportunity. Brandon will have many of these trips hopefully and as he gets used to it will more than likely be able to manage on his own comfortably with the support of the fantastic England team. I am going to be near Brandon if England athletics feel im needed to support Brandon at any time he is there from the 11th to the 15th of june and watch my son race abroad for the first time. I think most parents wouldnt want to miss that. To help me do this i have reached out, with having 6 children and 4 autistic we do everything to support our children but finances can be a barrier to this.

I want Brandon to feel comfortable on his first trip abroad to run for England and get the most out of this fantastic opportunity.

With me supporting him just by being there it helps him not worry and will enable him to gain some independence for when hopefully he has to do it again. Thank you very much for reading and we are all very proud of brandon and his achievements and want to give him every opportunity in life.
