Brandon Doyle
Donation protected
Brandon Doyle has been a tremendous asset to the organization for the past two years. He started working with Danny Fyffe in North Dakota and has since transferred to Joe Mathis's crew in Texas. He is currently working on the hot-stick/bare-hand crew and is nearly complete with the extensive training to be able to safely and effectively perform hot work.
Unfortunately, Brandon experienced some car troubles and his friends from Jackson, MS traveled to Texas to tow his truck back home. On the trip back to Mississippi, the driver fell asleep around midnight and collided into the back of a dump truck, taking his own life as well as the passenger in the front seat (both close friends of Brandon). Fortunately enough, Brandon and the other back seat passenger survived the horrible accident, in which they were trapped inside the vehicle for over an hour and extracted with the 'jaws of life'.
Brandon will be recovering for the next 2-3 months, before he will be able to return back to a light duty work program. Brandon will be missed, not only on the crew, but within the organization until he can fully recover. Any donation that you can provide will greatly lift the burden when he is able to return to work. Brandon is 20-years old and will be enrolling in the apprenticeship program once he turns 21 and is able to obtain his CDL.
