Andrea and I are getting married this summer. We're having our ceremony at our home to keep costs low. We hope to make our honeymoon something to remember with a trip to France. Since we're both about 40 years old, we already have a toaster, dishes, and a knife set (all of the things a young couple might need to get started).  Considering we are both teachers, we don't have the funds to have a lavish wedding/honeymoon and still provide the kids with opportunities they need and deserve (like musical theatre, soccer, etc). We will celebrate our union as an intimate backyard gathering with the people (and foods) that matter most to us. 

In lieu of wedding, holiday, and birthday presents, we hope that you would consider contributing to our wedding and honeymoon account to help make this dream come true. We hope to backpack through the Rhone Valley and see possibly spend a few nights in Paris. We'd also be happy to just travel up the coast of California.
