Namaste my name is Ananda Das. I've been a mantra recording artist since 2011 and I'm so thrilled to be raising funds for my next albums!

These will be very special albums because the chants are going to be simple and specifically mantra/kirtan based. The beauty of kirtan is that it inspires the listener to sing and participate. Many of these songs have been channeled while working with my private clients. They are designed to be sung along to and easy to follow.

My hope is that these albums will inspire you to sing, open your heart, and connect you to the divine. They'll be very supportive of all those looking to begin a kirtan practice or dive deeper into the practice of bhakti (devotional) yoga.

More than ever music is a long-term game. When music is released it goes onto streaming platforms and very few sales are generated upon the release. So if the track/s or albums are popular, an artist would see funds start trickling in over the years. If they aren't popular…well, it's just an expense and an offering to the universe.

A typical album on the low end costs around $10,000. And I want to do 2! So I'm looking to raise $20,000 and really dive into recording this summer and fall. I also have to take time away from my regular income of touring and mentoring to record these albums.
